Please note : a very limited number of additional seats are available for 2012 Full Season purchase.

To place a request for Seat(s) for the 2012 Season of Dinners on the Porch, simply select the number of seats and use Google checkout to pay with any credit card. We'll only charge your card after confirming Seats are still available. Reservations are filled in order placed. Please allow up to 9 days after your order is accepted for an email which will either confirm availability.

Seats are sold first come, first served.

Individual Dinner Cancellation Policy

We know not every weekend is free, and you may not be able to attend every Dinner. We'll send you an email 1-2 weeks before each Dinner to remind you of the next date. If you need to cancel, we request you contact us at Reservations@ElodieFarms.com no later than noon, 8 days before the Dinner. (Note that you can also let someone else use your Seat(s) if you can not - just email us in advance).

If you must cancel less than one week before a specific Dinner, we'll make every effort to fill your Seat from the waiting list. If we are unable to we will unfortunately have to consider your Seat(s) for that Dinner 'used' and can't provide a refund or credit for future Dinners.

If even with the options above you are unable to use all of your Dinner credits by the end of 2012, we'll simply refund the pro-rated amount for the unused portion.

Program Cancellation Refund Policy

You can cancel your your remaining Seat reservations at any time and we'll gladly provide a refund of the remaining Dinner credits.

We decided on Google Checkout to allow our customers to utilize credit cards for payment and to keep costs low (note no order processing fee). There are also benefits in convenience and security:
