What is your cell-phone/laptop/hand-held electronics policy?
We
need
campers focused on the activities on the farm for their own
educational goals and for their safety. If you can not hold on to
your child's phone during camp (for example if you are dropping off and
someone else is picking up), we will have a cell-phone drop-box
available at drop-off and pickup where we will keep any campers' phones
safely during the session. (See "How do I reach my child in an
emergency?" if you are concerned about your child not having a phone
handy).
How do I specify someone
different to pick my child up from camp? We can only
release children to the parents / guardians listed on your registration
forms unless you contact the Camp Director (919-210-2860) in
advance. No child will be released unless this is done.
Will I / When will I receive my
forms and information? You will receive an order
confirmation followed later by a "Shipment confirmation" which states
that your space(s) have been reserved. Shortly after that you
will receive your registration questionnaire and information via email
from SummerCamp@ElodieFarms.com. About six weeks before
your session begins you will receive a statement of any remaining
balance due and/or further information updates.
What if I need to cancel?
If
your
order for an initial deposit has not been
processed, you can cancel it via Google checkout. Once you have
been confirmed for the Camp, you must contact the Camp Director
(919-210-2860 or SummerCamp@ElodieFarms.com). All deposits and
fees paid will be refunded in full so long as you cancel at least 4
weeks prior to the beginning of your session.
